Rev. V I N C E N T F U S C O

(International Coalition of Apostles) ICA Member
I was saved in 1976 by a sovereign move of God. A dream in the night
revealed the way of salvation. Upon awaking I responded by dropping to
my knees, repenting, and calling out to the Lord. I immediately began
attending a full gospel church and within 5 months was leading a
prayer meeting and bible study in my home. During a crisis time in my
life, I had to have surgery; my oldest son, who was 2 at the time got
severely burned; my income was greatly reduced, yet as I went through
this Job like experience I sought God through the night for a word for
my life. About 4 AM he spoke through Isaiah 58:1-12. I knew that he
was calling me to the full time ministry and I responded.
I began teaching
and evangelizing, working with Catholic Charismatics who were being
touched by God during the Renewal, then in 1982 with the encouragement
from my pastor Dr.Benjamin Crandall and his son Douglas, I planted a
church called New Jerusalem Christian Church (now
New Jerusalem City Church) in the Gravesend section of
Brooklyn, New York.
In 1983 I
organized the first pastor’s prayer meeting for charismatic leaders in
Brooklyn. This group is still ongoing.
In 1985 I began
working with an inner city group of Black ministers in what was called
New Day Ministries, a vision of a young Black pastor. God reminded me of
my call, which was not just to the ministry but gave me specific
instructions to bring unity “ to repair the breach” and “to restore
streets with dwellings”. As the first Caucasian brother I opened the
door for others to follow and God blessed mightily.
In 1991 I was an
inaugural member (there were 4 others) of a pastor’s covenant group
which was the vision of a friend in ministry,
Pastor Joe Mattera.
In 1994 I was used
to organize the first citywide communion service.
In 1995 I was
asked to organize the first March For Jesus in the Borough of Brooklyn
which I did and our first march drew 7,000 worshippers and over 100
pastors and Christian leaders. In 1997 I took oversight for the entire
NYC region. Eventually forming what is now NYC Metro March For Jesus of
which I am Executive Director. In 2000 a march rally along Park Ave and
into New York’s Central Park was used by God to build relationships with
others in our city especially Blacks and Asians. Racial reconciliation
groups like EAR and WHEAR have been formed to foster healing through
repentance and relationship building between White/Blacks and White and
Hispanics. In 1999 we assisted the nation of Nicaragua in gathering
50,000 for a March For Jesus in Managua.
In 1997 Co-founded P.A.S.S.I.O.N Network of churches and ministries
along with Apostle Carlos Lopez who is the overseeing apostle.
P.A.S.S.I.O.N. works in NYC, Nicaragua and Senegal.
The passion to see
the office of the apostle restored currently drives me as well as
Apostle Lopez. We are co-laboring to bring apostles of the city together
to both restore the office and to form “rings of leadership” around our
region (North Jersey, NYC, and Long Island) whereby we can properly wage
war against the enemy, seeking corporate vision and strategy to advance
the Kingdom of God in this area. In spite of much opposition the Lord is
blessing greatly.
ACTS CDC was
organized in 2003 as a 501 (C) s not-for-profit whose focus is to
transform lives and communities.
Co-founder and
member of Apostolic Council of
P.A.S.S.I.O.N. network.

Responding to
the mandate of restoring God's passion in the heart of His people
P.A.S.S.I.O.N. is responding to the call of apostolic duty by allowing
ourselves to be molded and in some areas perhaps remolded for others
to see, imitate and follow. Cities need to see models.
The vision of
P.A.S.S.I.O.N. is to serve as a joint supplier in the Body of Christ
at large. To facilitate the networking of churches and those
functioning in the Fivefold office ministries regionally, nationally
and internationally
